I'm a Registered Dietitian with over 6 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My journey into nutrition started from something very personal โ noticing how much confusion and misinformation about food existed around me. I still remember a conversation with my grandmother, who believed that eating chicken could “feed” cancer. That moment stayed with me, and it sparked a deeper desire to understand nutrition and help others make sense of it too.
Over the years, I've worked with individuals across a wide range of health concerns, from metabolic and digestive conditions to more complex clinical needs. While working closely with individuals struggling with eating disorders, I saw how deeply our relationship with food can affect both our physical and emotional well-being. That experience continues to shape how I support clients today.
I earned my B.S. in Food and Nutrition Science from Seattle Pacific University and completed my dietetic internship at Oregon Health & Science University. I'm currently working toward my Intuitive Eating Counselor certification. Outside of work, you'll often find me baking, exploring new coffee shops, or hiking around the Pacific Northwest.
